productive morning

walked to the post office with husband.
That was fun & contributed 7000 steps to my 10k, & we were home in time for me to go to wing chun.
Gentle session today, mindful.
10k achieved :-)

home & caught up with study, got my assignment submitted.

Had a lovely evening last night, cheesy garlic bread & wine.  Plenty of Netflix, & a new computer game...

Yep, all is well.
