Enjoyed my lunch, 

Finished my book & the next one's on order

Got to lie down for a bit at work, somewhere I can disappear off to if i need to

Enjoyed a walk along the green path with an office mate 

Another walk along the river with friend

Thankful she collects me

Getting the bin out the night before means we caught the collection

Submission window opens tomorrow

Work

Glad I noticed I'd left out a calculation whilst it still existed.

Working through the reports was useful

Made another important discovery during the processing too.

Am OK to go to the dentist on Thursday

Had the necessary docs favourited so it was easy to retrieve them for the boss

Walk with friend

Lunch was nice, the meat was really good

Afternoon tea break was a laugh

Managed to settle into work eventually

Making enough progress to be feeling less stressed about work

College said we all passed the first assignment. 

Am loving the headphones

Friend is really happy with the massage cushion so I'm letting her keep it 

Friends

Met a friend at the woods.  Here's to last minute plans and conversation.

The weather was good and the car park was reasonably empty.

Called in to another friend and enjoyed chatting with her.  Nice to know people locally.  Plus we're going to make lunch time plans after this audit.

Took husband out for dinner, happy to have found a curry house he likes.  And I made the food decision for a change.  Proud of myself.

Has been dry long enough that I got more of the back mowed.  Compost bin is full again.

Found plenty more writing opportunities and submitted another story tonight.  Is good to have a collection of stories ready to submit rather than the pressure of writing to a deadline.  

Also sending details on to a friend so I can fulfil my chosen role as encourager.  

Message from a friend out the blue, was good to catch up.

Husband's appraisal went well and he's happy.

Enjoyed skipping, thankful we have room and it was dry

Thankful to be energised today

Sleeves arrived and I got the cards done 

Made it to pilates 

Husband ordered me an apple pie

Team meeting was fun and then I got fun catch ups with a couple of team mates

It's the weekend & I get to relax 

Changed the bed, love fresh bedding and we're getting new tomorrow 

Pizza

Got quick movement on something the boss wanted, impressed.  

There was hypercare right on cue when I needed it, & there was only one person in front of me.

Managed to fill the compost bin mowing the lawn, and it stayed dry til I was finished

Bonus hot chocolate from husband 🥰

He got thanked for something I encouraged him to do, impressed and relieved.  And he admitted he knew he had to do it anyway, just wanted a second opinion

Have moved Counselling to a different day so I cam make the ball class

There are jobs coming up for the course end and tutor has offered us cv and job application help.

There are specimen files available in the course notes, I have time to investigate them over the weekend.

Quiet

Got the noise cancelling headphones, glad I have the ability to do that.  

Knowing the brand and colour I was after and being able to ask for them was helpful too - no decisions  :)

Figured setting them up myself and am pleased with how they work

Also got fuel in the car - job done 

For husband taking care of dinner, and waiting for me at lunch.

Free lunch and it was nice, we got a table together which was impressive at that time

Balls

Thankful I managed to shower before work.

That husband organised getting himself to work

The meeting went OK, short and useful, only good people there,

Caught up with the boss for a bit afterwards 

Home in time for pilates ball class and I enjoyed it again 

Some of the other have balls too so hopefully the class will keep going

Managed college OK, is stuff I'm already familiar with

Husband made me hot chocolate 

One of the books I want is ready for collection from the library
