Glad I got lunch in the cafe, and the animal face on the hot chocolate was cute
Pleased I got to the library & remembered to post the card too, a successful trip
Made it to pilates & felt better afterwards, also got a nice chat with friend afterwards

Thankful to be mobile and flexible enough for everyday life, that I can walk around the town (& the woods), carry shopping, bend to unload the dishwasher & dryer etc.
Thankful I have access to what I need to keep me healthy (Dr, medicine, exercise, the woods, social etc.)
Husband takes care of dinner, and the shopping, & he orders treats for me
