Friend drove
The gardens were lovely and I got ice-cream like I wanted
Had a good wander round, and over some cute bridges
Survived the music in the car
Beach was good and we parked close
Read the book - was worth having carried it

Have got the scarf out that I started at my parent's and am hopeful I'll get it finished in time to leave it there
