Resisted chocolate again, & biscuits

Found myself some work to do and quite enjoyed the challenge - learnt something new

Played the expansion with husband, will do us for the next while 

Have painkillers in the cupboard and they're still in date

The brisket was yummy, would happily get it again

Husband got a lift home, saved me going back out

Am enjoying the cross stitch

The latest blanket is coming along nicely too

Glad I got out for a walk first thing and we got a bonus walk in later

Rest

Proud of myself for resisting chocolate for a second day, and having fruit instead of chocolate when husband offered

Getting to the woods at lunch, and the weather was nice

Enjoyed a go on the swing and on the swinging exercise machine, play ground and exercise stations were empty

For being able to finish work early and nap

Had a lovely meditation with one of my pyramids

Husband found me a player so I can listen to the audiobook I got from the library, it's quite interesting if a little dated - and saves me dithering over whether to buy it

Got to the support session I wanted and issue is not my problem anymore 

Didn't need to go to the other one after the others confirmed it was an error 

Car

Glad we were awake early and didn't need the alarm

That I got parked at the hospital ok and we found the clinic 

They let us in early and we got seats in the waiting room

Very glad husband was there to guide me out of the parking space & that I made it out

That the services were quiet and I got my crispy chicken fix

That I got back early enough to work a half day and had enough to potter on with

Remembered the ready meals

Got to gaming on time and taking dinner to finish there was the right choice

For being able to drive, and having the car

Parking at home is easy and I got a good space at work

Thankful for a supportive boss

Lunch was fun

Team meeting was good, glad the others turned up

Endured the meeting, at least they didn't ask for questions

Got the priority task progressed

Remembered to get fuel and check the timings for the morning

Husband paid for the fuel

Found the book I thought I'd lost 

Am in a nice team with supportive colleagues

Got to catch up with a friend today 

Social

Enjoyed a few teabreaks with workmates, good catching up

The urgent thing got done and I even got an appointment explanation as to why it was urgent

Got into a donation session and arrived ok

Easy parking

Got parked at lunch for library too and got my errands done

Walk

Got up in time to be ready for collection

Enjoyed the soup at lunch and paid

Better to discover issue with credit card now than paying for car service.

Husband is fab, and supportive

Mostly were able to shelter under the trees when it rained

Thankfully husband sorted out the crystal storage unit for me

Glad I noticed the expiry on the dinner pots so we got them eaten 

The new chicken place is good, and we have plenty for tomorrow

Husband came for a walk to the chemist 

He remembered to rewash his laundry 

He's set up a second monitor for me 🥰

Did my laundry and stripped the bed - glad to have the day off to do some chores

Found his letter for the hospital - looks like I'll have time for a beach trip while I wait

Got a place on the lenormand workshop, looking forward to it 

Found a better attachment for hoovering the table

Applied for a volunteering position, should give me a chance to craft while I do it

The mint looks good and the black grass is surviving 

Rediscovered the wool I have, plenty of ideas for projects

Cat likes the box I left with friend 

Thankful for the blessings I have, & the life I lead

Got another scarf finished 

Fuelled up ok before I left

Remembered to submit my timesheet

Very thankful I travel well, am happy and able to eat on the ferry, & planes.

Managed to keep myself calm enough to function

Husband is very happy with the pop

He remembered to get the chocolate I asked for

And had snack food in for my supper when I arrived

First car on & off the boat again :)

& got a seat at the front of the lounge

Car survived the trip

Thankful I have a reliable car, good acceleration and braking, and capacity 

Joined the traffic again ok the times I stopped (services, petrol station, looking for beach)

Glad I have the headphones and they kept their charge

Got up at a good hour

Had nice breakfast with friend

Got everything into the boot 

Remembered to fill the screen wash

Plenty of parking where we were meeting, & friend said it was much more her style than meeting in a town

Had a pleasant wander  

Glad I had the hat to wear 

Toilets were ok when I needed them

Bacon butties at the club house was a good shout, nice that it's open to the public

Glad I braved the A68 - nice avoiding the metro centre

Did better in the confusing roundabout place

Got to my parent's ok

Dinner was nice, glad the football finished just after we arrived & the pub was quiet for the meal.  I chose well.

Accomplishing

Got more pop for husband including some I hadn't seen yesterday 

Also got some new pistachio chocolate 

The pink trainers are fine for small wanders

Finally threw the red new rocks out, they served me well, and I have plenty of replacement boots now

Finished the black fluffy scarf and pulled out the star scarf

Have packed my stuff ready for the return trip

Friend confirmed for tomorrow 

Quick trip to the beach at lunch, glad to have the car and be able to drive

Picked up some interesting pop for husband & he says get more - so must like the look of it

Fairly restrained in my crystal purchases

Found a protein bar in my bag - phew, that did me

Drive to parent's went snoothly

Was patient showing my mum how to use the phone

Reminded my dad about my credit card 

Glad to be able to sleep in my old room rather than the guest room - way more comfy 

Relief

I passed!  (Provisional result) Phew.

I managed to get my password updated and my timesheets submitted

The office was relatively quiet
