I decided I was doing the talking & made sure I was in first. I also took the lead with the whiteboard, eventually I got myself understood. Loads of steps today, answered a question straight off that I was pleased with, as was boss. Fixed another situation.
Had a reasonable day.
Some of the things I've done have been really useful, & I can pre-empt a few more.
