remembered that a mate recommended a sports massager, so I got in touch. Really lucky & got a booking for tomorrow night, 6pm (straight from work) so hopefully I'll be sorted then, at least I have the weekend to recover. & I survived the powerball last night.
My analysis was ok, my next steps got the ok.
I can take it easy for a few days.
Sweet husband, looking after me as usual. & has just given me reason to walk to the shop. Step count will be achieved :-) & I've just remembered I have fruit pots in the fridge, a healthy(ish) treat for when I get back from the shop.
