Outing

We were actually talking about work when the boss joined the team meeting, so we were mid-discussion about what he wanted to bring up.

Got the build reviews finished.  Woohoo, that's over.

Ducked out of a meeting I hate.

The weather was nice at lunch, & I'm glad I went out.

The guy turned the fountain on for me!  

The gardens are really nice, glad I got the year pass & can get there & back in a lunchtime.

Friend made it before I left, & her meeting went well.

Steps

Got to the woods 

Had a nice chat with the coffee van guy

The rain eased off a little and I got a wander at home too

I can still skip

Getting soaked gave me an excuse to get back into PJs, 

Resisted chocolate I didn't like

Team meeting was fun, & short

Left alone to get through reviewing work

Gardens

Thankful to be up and ready when friend arrived.

Husband made cheese toasties for breakfast and told me when he started them so I could get out of bed and have it hot.

The gardens were lovely & I got some good photos.

The rock steps are open again

Was hot and I fancied ice-cream and not hot chocolate & they had some at the cafe.

Remembered to water the plants.

Had a relaxing weekend :)

Relaxing

Happy to be walking round the woods before it got busy, lots of flowers and friends identified a few for me.

Got my steps early in the day

Got the lawn cut without disturbing the flowers, & managed to get it all in the compost bin.

Plenty of time relaxing on the sofa with husband

Access to healthcare, & being able to go private, being believed.  That we live in a time and place of relative equity.

That we have a comfortable life, and luxury and necessities 

Work

Husband's meeting finished early and he got to join us for lunch.

Lunch was fun, and I remembered my noodles.

Traffic was lighter than I expected when we went to the shops

Got to the library to collect my reservation and found a couple of other books that look interesting.

Got out of my sandals before my blisters burst, & I already have compeed plasters

Can dump at least half the calculations that I'm working on so my document will be much simpler.

Got 5 mins with the boss and the latest request looks easy enough.

Got to check in with a workmate having a hard time and offer some support.

Interesting chats with husband.

Comfortable

Thankful for being able to wake naturally (without an alarm).

We got to the doctor's in time, & we were out quickly.  I got a follow-up with first choice of practitioner.

That someone let us out into the traffic, & I'd been able to let someone pull out in turn.

Glad I made it to team meeting, & it was fun chatting with team mates

Being able to finish work early & have a lie-down

Got back into the well-being app I was using for fuel discount

remembered to message someone who's starting a new venture this week

Lunch

Made it to friend's house for lunch.  

Thankful for my long lunches.

Was a pleasant day for sitting outside and I got the lawn mowed (& into the compost before the bin got emptied).

Moved some stuff into the second shed so I can get things in and out of the original shed more easily now.

Team meeting was fun.

Got my protocol started and got left alone to be writing it.

Remembered to set alarm for tomorrow.

Glad we got appointments next to each other.

Getting paid for bank Holidays so I don't need many hours this week, even with a short day yesterday. 

Pleased with myself for pointing out doesn't need to send me the voice clips of her emptying her mind.  Stating my boundaries - so now she knows I don't listen to the clips.  Conversation was interesting.
