Gaming

Boss approved my holiday 

Happy I got my day off booked before the meeting invite was sent.  

That I figured out an issue without needing any support

Another issue I looked into might actually be an issue and is now being escalates appropriately  although global have agreed with my recommended action

They got a lamp for the gaming and it was much better 

Husband enjoyed it and is happy to go back   

The chicken for dinner was lovely and there's enough for me to finish for lunch tomorrow

The next book in a series I'm reading is available now and I'm enjoying listening to it

Thankful for a warm cosy bed, for being able to lie down and close my eyes. 

That we can have the heating on and be cosy in the house

Got my scarf finished and it's long enough to be a scarf

Team meeting was a good laugh

My nearest work deadline has been met

Got out for a couple of walks with husband, that it was dry today

Made it to ball class

Thankful friend holds the class and husband lets me have the lounge

He looks after the meals and makes sure they're things i like.  

His fish arrived and seem settled

Boss likes my latest idea

Found a new home for a game i'm decluttering 

Busy

Thankful we got out for a walk.  The weather was nice & we got chips

That we get long enough lunch break to be able to do that.

Plenty busy at work, thankful to have some tasks and the day passed quickly.

That team mate covers the site activities so I get to stay home.

I found a better dataset and an interesting background report.  Got started on the main report in the assignment and just sitting down at the pc for a few mins turned into a good session.  Have 500 words done tonight

Am loving the fluffy duvet cover.

Got the advent train down so husband can fill it for me.  Love rediscovering my crystals each year.  And that husband indulges me this way.

I was less stuff today and have the tablet charged so I can do stretching in the morning if I want.

Glad to be meeting friend 

Cafe was quiet when we got there and we got the sofa

Peppermint tea was a good choice for second drink

Enjoyed playing with husband, the expansion was a good choice 

Have managed to dedicate a cube to 2 player games

Getting another interesting looking game from friend at a good price

Managed to get the final part of the first question finished.  No more edits.  

Enjoyed chatting with friend I rarely speak with, glad to be able to make him laugh

Thankful the wind died down

The weather was fine for my walk down

The massage was lovely and we had a nice chat

Husband is fine playing the new game, we have sleeves that fit and the artwork is cool

Hobbies

Thankful to be working from home & staying reasonably warm

We got a wander to the chemist at lunch, and it was dry and sunny out.

Got all the bottles accepted by the machine.  And the shopping trip got me past 5000 steps.

Interesting chats with husband today.

YouTube tutorials and now I know how to do a combine the foundation chain and first row - which should make starting projects easier

Am also confident that the bigger hook and narrower base means that this latest attempt should actually be long enough to be a scarf.

The assignment is posted so I can start on that over this weekend.

Thankful to have heating

Putting my jeans on the radiator meant they were warm when I came to get dressed which made it much easier

That it was dry when I went for a walk at lunch

We can afford treats

Husband had a good day and came back safe

Made it to pilates and managed the full session

Have reduced frequency of counselling and remembered to update the transfer

Downloaded the bank app so will still be able to transfer money 

Have plenty of time for my document update

Glad the boss made it to the meeting and is firm in his timescale - less pressure on us

Thankful for the flexibility to get to appointments.

The doctor's was running reasonably on time

I got to be first customer for a new shop and got a bonus gift

Also they took the boxes back to be reused

Enjoyed ball class

Glad we have the space for me to do it, & husband let's me have the room and friend runs the classes online

Love the bread I bought at the shop today

Thankful to have the energy to be able to climb stairs and the mobility and flexibility to be able to carry out everyday tasks with ease

That we can afford to have the heating on and the house is cosy and warm

For having a house and everything we need in it

Husband replaced the light fittings, that he is mobile and able to carry out everyday tasks too

Having a laugh with friend, glad we have similar humour 

Team meeting was a laugh too

Being able to motivate myself to look at the new projects, and I'm quite enjoying figuring out the calculations.  Having the luxury of time to work on them unhurried.

Medicated

Thankful I'm able to get to see the GP, and that I can afford prescriptions and medication.  

That the pharmacy had stock to dispense to me and it was smooth 

Friend wants the furry weighted blanket, am pleased to be able to rehouse it.

The replacement is narrower 

Watched the expansions video with husband and ruled most of them out.  He's got the best one favourited for the sale, and the game I was looking at.

Enjoyed gaming with him today and the one I was undecided about is better than I remembered 

He cleared space so the oversized one is now with the rest of the games collection.

Thankful that I can start late and have an easy day, rather than needing to take time off.

For working from home and not having to get dressed 

That I managed to get through everything that needed done workwise

Caught up with the college lecture I missed.  Glad they're recorded, and that I went to the gaming session instead.  Also that this module is finished now.

Found some new games that look good, and husband has amazon vouchers for us to spend.

He also knows that we'll spend a lot of time over Christmas playing games, & is happy to do so.

He's also got permission to just pay the postage and order the book from de

Made it to Pilates, thankful friend runs it online and I can attend, and we had a quick chat after.  She got me a crystal that I'll collect in the summer. 

At a push i can do the Friday class in the bedroom if husband wants the lounge

Finally took the bin out and emptied the recycling

Had another really good team meeting, 

Am very thankful he is kind and understanding, and generous.  Also interesting and thoughtful.  For how well we get on and what our life is.

Was worth going to work to help a colleague in person

Glad I double checked my thinking on a different thing because the existing calculations aren't appropriate 

I was right with my trouble shooting suggestions last week 

Made it home in time for ball class and it was fun

Husband had dinner on by the time it finished

Team mate joined the gaming and we had a good night.  The game we lost was unsatisfying but shows that winning isn't always possible. And there was time for a second game that we won 🥰

One of the others popped in to say hello and introduced himself to team mate so I know who he is  😁  

Having a laugh with team mates, & sharing the pain.

Caught up with friend and am meeting her tomorrow.  

My mum's on WhatsApp so I can send her pictures, & she managed to reply.  Easy way to stay in better touch.

Have established the pattern for the new blanket and the edges are OK.  Am committed to it now.

Got to friend's on time, & just got her home by the time she wanted

Managed to get into the car park and get parked, also that I had change for the machine

The shop was open and I got husband the treats he was after

Started a new blanket and am enjoying crocheting again

Glad to have a lie-in and still get to work before I was missed, that I made the daily team meeting and was still there when the boss joined

Snuggling on sofa watching tv with husband, for the recliner and 

That we have a nice comfy house and the sofa and TV are great,

That we have the freedom to take time as needed

I managed to do enough to only use a half day holiday

Husband got shopping and remembered the yoghurts I like

He takes care of the shopping and most of the meals so I rarely have to think about it, & he makes sure they're things I'll like

College was cancelled so we got to watch extra TV

Requested to join the local gaming group, am pleased there is one

Friend is coming to the walk next weekend

A conversation sparked me to think about satisfactory interactions and it's nice to remember that there are people I enjoy chatting with 

Am enjoying the library access from the college, plenty of reading material

Someone was helpful and it avoided the need for conflict with someone else, & I snuck in just before the meeting ended to get additional help

Glad friend runs it, and I have room to do it and room to store the balls

The mix I got husband is really nice and we'll go back for more and take a cool bag and get fish too

Thankful for the job and my boss and how that has helped me in the time I've been here

Got parked easily and had a decent wander across the town
