I put sufficient time on the ticket
Got nice bread from lidl on the way home & the trip there probably saved me from taking husband to supermarket later in the day
Glad to not have firm plans with friends, so meeting is postponed
An old acquaintance has popped up, more walks in my future.
Doc is happy I'm stable and has renewed my medication
The anxiety and depression meeting was useful.
Pizza for dinner
Got to enjoy the woods
Happy for the flexibility my boss gives me, & that I've never been signed off in the time I've worked for him
