Blessed

Had a good laugh with office mates, enjoyed being in.

Weather was good when we went out for our walk.

Made it to work on time 

Friend called round over lunch and we got our walk in.

Wearing trainers for a couple of hours at work was enough to remind me not to try to wear them all day.

Glad husband is easy to get on with, & that I have a great boss and nice team.

Taking time off is fine, & team mate will cover for me.
