Blood

Glad to be healthy and able to donate.

That there was a session locally.

That I took a book and can read one handed and with my glasses on.

Husband came to the woods.

Remembered to post my mum's card.

Have my case packed for next weekend, for having a case and everything I want fitting in it.

Enjoyed watching tv with husband, and he took my suggestion for dinner.  Glad we have money for treats.

That I managed to tidy the book and paper pile in the bedroom.  Have great intentions of staying on top of it this time.

Walk

Glad husband came to the woods & walked with me, & that it was dry for it.

He's finally found a good pie.

Remembered to put the chocolate sachet aside for friend,.

Phone charges fine on husband's cable, glad it's my cable and not the phone that's the problem.

Finished my lego dragon.

Have my mum's birthday card written & ready to post

Thankful we live here and now, with clean drinking water and central heating.

We have access to healthcare and an abundance of food and entertainment

For being able to take a long lunch and get to the woods.  

I had an enjoyable walk.

Remembered to check my messages and made it to the first half of pilates.  

For the Internet and being able to connect with friends who aren't local

Rest

Thankful for a lie in, & I was awake in time for a crystal treatment.

Thankful I got to do the crystal course and have my crystal collection.

Husband made  my breakfast.

Know the way to the clinic / hospitals now

Logged in just in time to help out with the urgent thing, & I was able to message boss to say I was on it.

Had a productive conversation with boss.

Set up a new tracker, & seem to have buy-in from team mate.

Made up enough hours today for a short day tomorrow

Remembered to check my library log in & all's in order.

Friend received the package

& likes my new story

Had a nice catch up with a friend I don't speak with much

Got out for a couple of walks in the sunshine

That there are options for short walks around the block & husband joins me sometimes.

That it is safe to walk around & we live in a quiet estate

Enjoyed bouncing & wriggling around on my ball during the training

Got a nice chunk of the project out of the way & the new work coming in looks ok

For working from home & the boss trusting us to just do the work

That team meeting was fun & everyone's in agreement about a new manager leaving us be

Thankful I got my calculations fixed, & I have time to write the test document. 

That I checked my email & got the library log in so I can browse over the weekend. 

Contact's book is in there.

Glad I checked the local library account & saw it's expiring

Also for late night opening  & I got my books collected 

Thankful for the range of books available and free access to the full collection 

Boss accepted my recommendations

Husband made apology hot chocolate for me

Being late to class didn't matter

That I went to the shop while waiting for husband so at least I  got a drink & some food, & I enjoyed the reading

For the gardens being so close and I had am enjoyable trip round.  The flowers are really pretty.

The fountain was on when I first arrived and I just got a photo before they turned it off.

The meeting went well and I have the requirements drafted 

Husband ordered the dinner I wanted and I have left overs for lunch.

For snuggling on the sofa watching tv, plenty of variety 

The chore task didn't take so long today - it's getting under better control.
