more excited!

Great news which isn't mine to share.  I am excited though, & I do so love being excited (& I repeat myself when I'm excited, I know that too).

I got my 10k steps in, & we got our shopping done.

The frost had cleared for when we went shopping, & there were plenty of tills open in the shops.

Painless experience

I remembered a few items I needed as presents, phew - all taken care of.

I made a start clearing the desk.  I am finally going to bring some order to the paperwork.

productive

Lifeboat guy is back, the day went smoothly.
He's helping out with my hosting tomorrow, & has been really helpful today.

I had some success at work.  It dawned on me eventually that I may meet my deadline this week.  At least I have something to report. & a way forward - that's always good.
I've written some notes for work & got energised.  & that allowed me to beast the weights.

I found the perfect notebook for the new technique I want to try.  & when I thought all my post-its were at work, I saw the ones I kept at home cos they're pretty.

Calm & organised

• she liked her jar of stars, I'm glad
• lunch was good on the comfy sofas, a leisurely lunch

Calm, the people around me seem calmer, I am calmer.  Everything's always ok in the end.  I should skip the bit where I fret. I have that ability, & I know how to use it.

• have been pointed in the direction of useful resources.
• I like reading, I spent some leisurely hours at the weekend reading.   I have plenty enough to keep me entertained
• Shopkeeper found Christmas paper for me so I wrapped niece's present ready.
