Support

I know I'm blessed with the people around me, the sources of support I have available.

Husband is keeping me well cared for, & is being extra patient while I'm not right.  He's not the only one, workmate is also treating me more carefully, obviously sensing I need it.  Thanks :-)

Today I have pulled out the saxophone.  I rarely remember at a reasonable hour (there are young 'uns next year so I don't play late).  I keep forgetting how much fun it is, & then I get inspired to some of the other instruments I have lurking around the house.  Thankful I have the room to store all these whims.

& I got some cleaning & decluttering done.  Am feeling like I've had a productive day.  At the same time it's been relaxing, no pressure.  Just calmly getting things done.  Even done some yoga, feeling calm & relaxed.  Long may it last.

I have a fab support group, the people holding me together:
friends, workmates, colleagues, husband...

Manager says I'm doing brilliantly.
Workmate has my back.  Glad he's situated in the office.

Been playing my sax.  Thankful for all the years of clarinet lessons, & that I kept my clarinet.  & that I got my saxophone.  The sax has such a lovely sound, I have the potential to learn & practice & improve.

It stopped raining so we could get out for our walk.  Friend was available & we had a lovely time.
