I got up and to the woods in good time
Peppermint tea instead of hot chocolate
Managed to have a single piece of chocolate
Enjoyed my walk at the woods, & the play area was empty so I enjoyed the swing too
Enjoyed the gaming and remembered to ask about the short weekday sessions
Have plans for a beach day when they war game
Remembered my washing, & it was dry
Thought to check the tyres & they were a bit low - all sorted now
Glad I have the tyre inflator, has been really useful over the years
Managed another single bit of chocolate
Giving up the supplement is going well
