Resisted chocolate again, & biscuits

Feeling good, thankful for support, access to healthcare, and responding to medication

Rained so I don't need to water the garden

Found myself some work to do and quite enjoyed the challenge - learnt something new

Played the expansion with husband, will do us for the next while 

Have painkillers in the cupboard and they're still in date

The brisket was yummy, would happily get it again

Husband got a lift home, saved me going back out

Am enjoying the cross stitch

The latest blanket is coming along nicely too

Glad I got out for a walk first thing and we got a bonus walk in later

Rest

Proud of myself for resisting chocolate for a second day, and having fruit instead of chocolate when husband offered

Getting to the woods at lunch, and the weather was nice

Enjoyed a go on the swing and on the swinging exercise machine, play ground and exercise stations were empty

For being able to finish work early and nap

Had a lovely meditation with one of my pyramids

Husband found me a player so I can listen to the audiobook I got from the library, it's quite interesting if a little dated - and saves me dithering over whether to buy it

Got to the support session I wanted and issue is not my problem anymore 

Didn't need to go to the other one after the others confirmed it was an error 

Car

Glad we were awake early and didn't need the alarm

That I got parked at the hospital ok and we found the clinic 

They let us in early and we got seats in the waiting room

Very glad husband was there to guide me out of the parking space & that I made it out

That the services were quiet and I got my crispy chicken fix

That I got back early enough to work a half day and had enough to potter on with

Remembered the ready meals

Got to gaming on time and taking dinner to finish there was the right choice

For being able to drive, and having the car

Parking at home is easy and I got a good space at work

Thankful for a supportive boss

Lunch was fun

Team meeting was good, glad the others turned up

Endured the meeting, at least they didn't ask for questions

Got the priority task progressed

Remembered to get fuel and check the timings for the morning

Husband paid for the fuel

Found the book I thought I'd lost 

Am in a nice team with supportive colleagues

Got to catch up with a friend today 

Social

Enjoyed a few teabreaks with workmates, good catching up

The urgent thing got done and I even got an appointment explanation as to why it was urgent

Got into a donation session and arrived ok

Easy parking

Got parked at lunch for library too and got my errands done

Walk

Got up in time to be ready for collection

Enjoyed the soup at lunch and paid

Better to discover issue with credit card now than paying for car service.

Husband is fab, and supportive 

Love our calm drama free life

Enjoyed catching up with friends

Game for next weekend looks good

Mostly were able to shelter under the trees when it rained
