Holidays

Thankful I remembered to take my tablets early, 

that I got husband to the shop for supplies while I'm gone.

That I checked the oil & remembered to top up the screen wash,

That he got snacks for lunch & fed me so I didn't turn murderous

That I'm packed & ready to go, including washing the spare bedding & bringing it in dry.

That I have a spare mouth guard - one packed to take & one that stays here so it doesn't matter if I leave the packed one in England

That I did well in the computer game I'm playing, finally got to the end

That I've remembered grats & am ready for bed early, 

That I've been relatively calm most of the day

& husband watched 2 episodes with tea so we got the show finished.

Sleep

Thankful for the NHS & for how good our doctors is.  For the surgery having a CPN & me being able to get an appointment with her.  For getting my medication sorted - for how easy that is now.

For friend who runs Pilates classes, for the twice weekly classes now.  For having the accessories, for the one a that were delivered & having access to shops to get the others.

For contingency plans. For friends.  For having transport & the freedom to come back.  

For being online & having ways of getting in touch.  For phone and the internet.  

For the reiki & crystal healing,  for having had access to teachers & coursemates.  For loving learning.  For information.  For all the books i have & have access to. 

For my cosy bed & that it's quiet our side so I can sleep with the window open & listen to the wind & rain as I fall asleep.

Time

Thankful for being able to have a lie-in, & for getting the assessment finished.

For a fab reading I got, and for an easy exchange.

That I got to the cafe to meet the others, & enjoyed my milkshake, that we had a good laugh & moved to a bigger table.  For the group & having friends.

For husband being sweet & caring.

For having the house, & car, & plenty.

For remembering to go to the cash point.  

For having plenty of time

walks & talks

Thankful I got the ferry back booked, & the paperwork for bunny sorted out.  

That friend was on time at lunch & we had a good chat.

That it stayed dry while I was out, & my leg recovered in time for the evening walk.

For husband ordering Chinese for me & it arriving really quickly.

That going to the parcel motel first meant that I didn't have to go to the second shop

That I didn't get a slush - I didn't like the ones husband had.

Parcel has finally arrived with friend.

Work & volunteering

Thankful I remembered to bring the washing in before the rain, that husband changed his mind about plans so I had time to join Pilates,
That contracting seems to be a feasible option, & there are agencies who'd put me forward when I'm ready.
That a friend has paid my DBS fee for me, & I got what I needed submitted for the garda vetting.  That the printer & scanner is easy to use.  
For the tablet so I can get online while I'm away.  For still having the house & wifi etc. at home.

For hobbies that I enjoy like the stitching & reading.  For having the car & being able to drive.

For the luxury of time, of being able to lie in bed & read.  For the crystals I have, & the room in the house.  For improving at pilates & being able to beast it tonight, for the 2 sessions a week.

Walkies

Thankful we got home safely, that we had a good weekend.

That it was dry & someone suggested a walk, found parking at the park & had an enjoyable wander

For more opportunity to process what went on at work, & to put my work into context.

Husband got me eclairs as a treat

Weekend

Thankful I remembered my chargers & teeth stuff.

That I've got the extra pillows.

That I stayed home and didn't get caught in the rain.

That they got me juice I like.

That Friend drove us to supermarket so I got a ride 

That I'm  calmer & can sit for most of a weekend.
