Friends & family & support

I got straight into the boss, & he was gentle.  I got my paperwork signed.  Husband helped with the next painful bit, & it's all signed off & resolved.
Friends came to the beach, & we had a good natter.  It was dry & we had a little walk to the beach, then into the café.  Neighbour had a parcel.  It was dry today, & no-one questions my wandering.
I have plenty enough of everything I need.  I settled down to work & have enough to keep my in a job.  I have progress to show the boss in our meeting.

Today I am off sick, I have that option & it's straightforward.  My boss is open & flexible.  Husband got me crisps & they're in the low cupboard. I submitted a reading request.  I am feeling better than I did earlier, & it's good that I'm at home.

Friends are concerned & supportive.

The pyramid is lovely, & I enjoyed the session - am glad I went.

Finished early too & sounds like next weekend's plan might not be viable.

Crystal course was good, easy to get into the meditative state.  Escaped being the client.  Survived the session.  Had a lovely meditation.

New colouring book arrived.

Managed to email mentee - will see what happens.

Husband fed the bunnies for me.

Was on time, & parked further down the road than usual - when I came out the road was blocked near where I usually park.  Also sells the brand of tea I told my mum they did ;-)

I had a lovely night last. Caught the bunnies far more easily than expected.  Had a nice chat with animal friend.  Crystal club was good.  Got there just in time.  Got some lovely pieces, the grids were great, I got my bounce back.
Had a busy, productive day today.  On a roll now...
Even started tidying up.

sad news, I got it this morning.  Thankful I was at home with nowhere to go all day, & that husband's home too.  As perfect as ever, he quit his game & put his arms round me.
It's the long weekend & there're no demands on me.  I have time to be good to myself & recover.  it's warm & sunny outside.  We have everything we need.  I have friends.
I have a treat arriving tomorrow.

dinner

Dinner was good, I got there just for the time, & wasn't last.  Was an easy drive there, & I found parking eventually.  Even had enough change in the car to cover parking (reasonable price).
Turning right onto the main road was facilitated by the lights changing right on cue.

Started a new chunk of work & it looks like the other site will have it done first so I can copy theirs.
Husband made me chocolate.  Loads of free time to read / study / enjoy myself :-)

Workmate is coming to the beach / café on sat.  Have hidden the post so it's just the 2 of us.  Has been ages since we've caught up.

Holidays are coming...

Thankfully club was cancelled, I got my phone out to message to say I'd be late to a message that it was cancelled.  So relieved I didn't just drive up.  Gave me a chance to get fuel, & check directions for tomorrow.
Husband bought me chocolate as a surprise gift.
Caught up with neighbour.
Plenty of curry left for my lunch.
Looking forward to long weekend.

Good meeting with my boss, came away happy & he agreed with what I proposed.
Made some progress even though it's only 2 work days since our last meeting (did it over the weekend with husband's help) & I got it typed up & sensible just before the meeting.
Have just finished & submitted my review.
Plenty of steps, & timings are going to work on Thursday.
Found a friend for bacon, plenty of opportunities to have a quick walk today.
got to pick big one up tonight & check her out.  She's ok.
Did some crystal study.
Have some cool new dinosaurs, my Amazon wishlist is ready for the end of the no-spend on Sunday, I can wait a few more days, I can, I can!
Am proud of myself, it's not been as hard as I expected & I think it's a habit now.
Been sleeping well.
