Was worth going to work to help a colleague in person

Also had a good chat with office mate

Team meeting was a laugh

Got to chat with the boss and he's happy with me

Foresaw an issue that I've now mitigated 

Got a fair bit closed out and my document has only minor edits

Braved messaging the gaming guy and he replied straight away 

The gaming was fun, glad I went.  

He's interested in some of our games and husband says he'll come next time too so we can teach one of them

Got my library book

And a parking space

My credit card arrived

Enjoyed chatting with a friend at lunch 

She came here so we got a longer break 

Did the jacket sweet potatoes = win

Found the cookie cake and it was OK

Making good progress with the blanket

Slept better last night

Got my next bit of work and it looks fun

Managed to clear off some of team mate's backlog too 

Work talk was good, glad I dialled in

Healthy lunch - finally eating the sweet potatoes, glad we have them

Met up with friend at work and she had time for a coffee break too

Got a quick walk in with another friend

Got a few mins with the boss too 

Looks like another decent project is coming my way

Glad I double checked my thinking on a different thing because the existing calculations aren't appropriate 

I was right with my trouble shooting suggestions last week 

Made it home in time for ball class and it was fun

Husband had dinner on by the time it finished

Team mate joined the gaming and we had a good night.  The game we lost was unsatisfying but shows that winning isn't always possible. And there was time for a second game that we won 🥰

One of the others popped in to say hello and introduced himself to team mate so I know who he is  😁  

Having a laugh with team mates, & sharing the pain.

Caught up with friend and am meeting her tomorrow.  

My mum's on WhatsApp so I can send her pictures, & she managed to reply.  Easy way to stay in better touch.

Have established the pattern for the new blanket and the edges are OK.  Am committed to it now.

Had a lovely day out 

Got to friend's on time, & just got her home by the time she wanted

My hot chocolate was lovely

Managed to get into the car park and get parked, also that I had change for the machine

The shop was open and I got husband the treats he was after

Also got a few treats on the way home for me

Started a new blanket and am enjoying crocheting again

Was easy to cancel my cards, 

& to close one of my old accounts.

had a reasonable chat with my parents, thankful they're still reasonably fit & well

got my weighted blanket, & it's a really cosy furry one

Husband made me hot chocolate 

Was able to provide feedback on a short story as a pay-it-forward

Glad to have a lie-in and still get to work before I was missed, that I made the daily team meeting and was still there when the boss joined

Snuggling on sofa watching tv with husband, for the recliner and 

That we have a nice comfy house and the sofa and TV are great, 

Lunch was fun

That we have the freedom to take time as needed

I managed to do enough to only use a half day holiday 

Made it to pilates and had a nice chat with friend at the end
