Husband takes care of dinner and chosen things he knows I'll like. 

That I had left overs for lunch and enjoyed them.

Counselling was OK. Glad I have enough money to afford it each week.  That I found one I like and we have good broadband for the video calls.

I've managed to reposition my beanbag so I can lie with my legs raised on the windowsill or wall.

The back flow incense works really well with my dragon, was fun to watch.

Books and low energy hobbies.

Rest

Thankful I have the freedom to lie in and take time off.  That parking was easy and I managed to use the machine yesterday.

Weather was pleasant and I enjoyed sitting out with a book.  Being able to afford a cuppa and sit and read in the cafe.  Got finished just after husband was free.

Flexibility at work & being able to take off as required.

That I got home in time for pilates and managed the first half.

The poetry session was enjoyable and short, got to have a decent chat with host

Space

Thankful for having the woods nearby and friends to meet.  That we had a slow pace and only went round once.  Enjoyed the chat afterwards.

Made the effort to join the zoom and it was OK.  Got to catch up with friend afterwards.

That my boss allows me flexibility to work as I can and I have the freedom to come back to bed (like now). 

Trip out with husband after lunch and a chance to get backflow incense cones, & the Rose petals tea if I remember. 

That the house is big enough for us and we have separate rooms to work from.  Quiet and undisturbed.  That I rarely have to go to site.

For the car and trusting it to run and get me places.  That it is big and I am happy driving it.

Husband mowed thrawn while I was out and there's room for all waste in the compost.  That he made the effort to avoid the flowers i've planted and they are still surviving.  

We can investigate the hedge trimmers later.

SQL

Glad I remembered to phone my mum and that they answered.  When I phoned back the line was clear and we had a good conversation.

That my boss got in touch even though he didn't have much of an update.  That if I don't get a contract extension I can take an extra long break over in England as a consolation prize.

That I found SQL on the app I'm using - enjoyed the tech intro I did and will be able to add the certs to LinkedIn as I achieve them.  Glad I signed up and am enjoying the coding.  Especially liking the bite size chunks.  

That I still have my Duolingo profile, and I can dip in and out of that too.

We made the bed earlier so it's all ready for me to crawl into.

Did enough hours over the week to have an easy task tomorrow.

Remembered to get more face cream and hand cream when we went shopping and suncream was on offer too.  It had stopped raining by the time I parked.  

Space

Thankful to have the freedom to go to work and enjoy lunch with team mates.  

That the meeting gave us something to bond over complaining about 🤣  was nice to be there in company.

That I got a minute with the boss and he'll update me properly tomorrow.

That husband is came gaming with me.  We got parked before the massive jam & arrived on time.

Got to play my game.  Made it safely home.  

Husband made me hot chocolate, I like all the flavours he brought.

Husband watered my flowers and rescued then.  Is sweet how thoughtful he is and how easily he takes care of things.  

Happy

Thankful I'm in a good mood, & that I'm aware of it.

That I had an enjoyable social weekend & am bouncy.  Am getting my energy back.

Counselling was enjoyable, I've rediscovered my playfulness.  My new game arrived & I think it'll be fun to play when my parents are here.  Husband indulged me with a couple of games of it.

Managed to do enough work for the day, & am going in for a meeting tomorrow.  Brownie points & husband is interested in it too.

Collected the lawnmower & other things he ordered.

Was looking at my phone when the agent rang & so I got to speak with her.  Am getting a payrise & she'll let me know when she hears about my contract extension.

Remembered to make breakfast for tomorrow.  

Am surrounded by things that make me smile, & people I enjoy spending time with. That there are so many things I enjoy doing that are accessible to me.  For meetup and being able to meet people and make new friends.  For old friends.  Shared interests.

Bonus day off

Thankful for extra day off.  That it was warm and dry for our walk and enjoyed it.  That the coffee van not being there meant we had a chat in the house instead and tried the brownie.  Friend thinks they're fine to serve if I don't call them brownies.  Also got a sponge recipe from her.

She has suggested some Japanese Gardens I'll enjoy so we'll have a day out there with other garden loving friend.

Got home on time for the gaming and that was a good laugh.  Glad I went.  Finished at a good time for dinner.  

Thankful husband deals with the bins cos I'm generally too tired by the time I remember.

Had remembered to submit my timesheet. 

A few people have signed up to the other meetup event I'm hosting.  Hopefully make some more friends.
