Wellbeing

Thankful for the lie-in, for reading in bed.  For husband and being warm and cosy.  

That he put the jigsaw away and got a new one out & has been doing it with me.  That we have the space to have a dedicated jigsaw table, for having a house & being able to afford heating, & having access to clean safe water and electricity.  That we live in a nice reasonably safe area.  That I saw the flood on the opposite side of the road & was able to come back a different way.

That I'd done my prep for the meeting & had time to log in & check what I needed to do.  The meeting went well enough & I'll be able to do the next step.  

That I was looking at my phone when workmate measured so I was able to log straight in & help him.  Glad for my Wednesdays off & there being no expectation for me to work, but I can if I want to.

For friends to chat with, that I am well supported in terms of work and social, & especially with husband.

Happy to be in a positive supportive relationship.

That husband got his review & is happy with it, & with his bonus.  Glad we are in a workplace that appreciates us.

Speak

Thankful the meeting went well, & the boss turned up for it.  That I got my questions asked & answered.

That he came to the team meeting & I got my piece said, & got some checking assigned to the others.

That I got to speak at the other team meeting too.  

That I got parked for craft club, & she had my favourite of her snacks.  That I figured out where I was in the shawl pattern by myself, without needing help, & got my memory refreshed on the square.  That I found the centre of the ball of wool & now I know how to work the ends together.

Timing

Glad we had a laugh at team meeting & weekly catch-up. & that I felt better after both.

That the boss came to the other meeting & answered the questions.

That I logged on again this evening just after someone was asking for help & it was an easy fix that I took care of.

That the project locked & the document went straight through rendition - phew.

That I got out to the gardens at lunch & my favourite water feature was on when I arrived.

That I have my questions ready for tomorrow & the prep is under control, & that the meeting is tomorrow & not wed.

social

Thankful for getting out to the woods, for the sun.

That I enjoyed the chats I was in, & we found a bench for our cuppas.

& that there were still people at the knitting zoom when I logged in.

That husband watched me do weights, 

That there was nothing at the fair to tempt me & I didn't just spend for the sake of it.
Checked in on someone I'm friendly with & they are happy for the offer of a lift for the next walk.

That I've managed to start untangling the sock wool.

Relax

Thankful for an easy day.

That the boss came to the team meeting so I got my questions answered.

That I made it to Pilates and enjoyed the gentle stretching.

That I remembered what the stitch I like is called & started on a new square - & had the right number in my chain.

For husband making me hot chocolate & that I feel better now.  

For the freedom to lie in bed and read.

Wednesdays

Thankful for my day off, for enjoying a lie-in & it being light enough to read in bed.

That I decided to try a new position for the counselling & sat on the bed instead & I think I was most comfortable that way - she said I was more relaxed.

That I had time enough to walk to the massage & arrived at a good time, & remembered where it was & how to get there.  Thankful to get an appointment.

That braved the longer massage worked out, & I enjoyed it.

For getting to the shop after & the centre being open to drop my donations in.

For the grid I created for a friend, for all my crystals & my interest in them, & the resources and support available to me.  That I have loads in my toolkit and they are easy to access.

For another friend & her card range making it easy for me to send things to friends.

Hobbies

An advert on Facebook for the fair on Sunday that I'd forgotten about.  Thankful for the reminder.

For having a laugh with a friend today, & another friend told me she values my insight & support.

That I made it to craft club & she had berry tea bags for me, & that I figured out the pattern myself & can read the pattern chart rather than having to follow written instructions.  That I'm enjoyed the crochet, glad I've started it & for YouTube & access to clubs to learn.

That I got parked outside the centre tonight, & it didn't matter that I was running late.  

That I managed to put a presentation together & explained the processing concepts.  That they let me go first, & asked for it to be emailed round for the people that missed the briefing.

That I have a massage booked for tomorrow, & remembered to put the cash into my purse.  That I can afford treats like that.

Husband's levels are back to normal.  Phew.  & he came for a walk with me.
